About Escalon Real Estate Agent: One Person on Your Sale
We are a small real estate office in Escalon. When you call, you talk to the person who will actually handle your sale or purchase. That same person answers your questions, sets up the paperwork, deals with the other side and keeps you posted until the keys change hands.

Why we keep it to one contact
Selling a house is often tied to something bigger. A parent has passed and the estate needs settling. A marriage is ending. A family has outgrown the place. At times like that, nobody wants to repeat their story to a new person every week.
So we set things up differently. The person you speak with on the first call is the one who prices the house with you and reads the disclosures with you. They also talk to the escrow officer, the inspector and the other agent. When a repair request or a title question comes up, you already know whose number to use.
We help people buy, too. That side works the same way. One person learns your budget, your timeline and what you want to avoid, then stays with it through inspections, appraisal and closing. If you are selling one place and buying another, it is still one contact for both.
How we work, day to day
- 01
You know who to call
There is no call center and no handoff to an assistant you have never met. Questions go to the person running your file. If we do not know an answer, we say so and find out.
- 02
Plain numbers before you sign
Before you agree to anything, we walk through what the sale is likely to cost you: commission, escrow and title charges, and the kinds of repairs a buyer may ask for. You see it laid out in writing so nothing shows up as a surprise at closing.
- 03
Honest advice on repairs
Not every house needs work before it sells. We tell you which fixes tend to pay off, which ones you can skip, and why. Sometimes the right call is to sell it as-is and price it that way.
- 04
Updates without chasing
You hear from us when something changes, like an offer coming in or escrow needing a signature. You should not have to call around to find out where things stand.
Where we work
Our office is in Escalon, and we also meet by phone and video. That helps a lot when heirs or co-owners live out of town and still need to sign off on decisions.
We help people sell and buy in Escalon and nearby towns, including Ripon, Riverbank, Oakdale, Salida, Manteca, Modesto and Ceres. Older ranch houses and newer subdivisions sell a little differently, and we price each one with that in mind.
